How Payouts Work
ReBattery holds buyer funds in escrow after payment is confirmed. Funds are released to your connected Stripe account automatically when a deal is marked complete.
You do not need to request a payout manually. The release is triggered by the deal reaching its final completion step.
Setting Up Your Connected Account
To receive payouts, you must connect a Stripe account to your ReBattery profile. You can do this from your billing settings page.
The setup process takes you through Stripe's standard Connect onboarding. You will need to provide:
- Business or personal identity details
- Bank account details for the payout destination
- Any additional verification Stripe requires for your region
Payouts cannot be released until your connected account is verified by Stripe.

Payout Timing
Once a deal is completed and the escrow release is triggered, Stripe processes the transfer to your connected account. Typical arrival times depend on your bank and region:
- Card and digital wallet payments: 2–5 business days after completion
- Bank transfer payments: 3–7 business days after completion
These are estimates. Actual timing is governed by Stripe and your bank.
Platform Fees
The platform deducts a fee from the deal value before releasing payout. The fee amount is shown to you at the time of listing and again when you agree terms. You receive the net amount after the platform fee is applied.

Payout Failures
If a payout fails — for example due to an issue with your connected account details — you will receive a notification. Resolve the issue in your billing settings and contact support if the payout is not re-attempted within 24 hours.
Checking Payout Status
Your billing settings page shows the status of recent payouts and any pending deal completions. You can also view payout history directly in your Stripe connected account dashboard.
