Stripe Connect Setup

Connecting your Stripe account for payouts, country availability, and verification.

Why This Matters

ReBattery uses Stripe Connect for supplier payouts. If Stripe Connect is not available or not fully active for your account setup, you cannot publish listings or receive payouts.

Listing Prerequisite

Before publishing a listing, your supplier account must have an active Stripe Connect payout setup.

If your Connect setup is incomplete or restricted, complete onboarding in Settings → Billing first.

Important Caveats

  • Country-specific restrictions can apply even when a country is generally listed as supported.
  • Cross-border payouts and multi-currency settlement depend on Stripe region and account configuration.
  • Stripe can change availability over time.

For this reason, ReBattery treats Stripe account activation status as the final eligibility check before listing publication and payout release.

What If My Account Is Not Active Yet?

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Complete Stripe Connect onboarding.
  3. Add and verify your payout destination details.
  4. Return to Listings and publish once your status is active.
