Questions
Still unsure which pack is right? A specialist can check fitment with you.
Talk to a specialistCheck the engine and the year. The 1.8 from 2016 to 2019 has a nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery. The facelifted 1.8 from late 2019 to 2023 has a smaller, lighter lithium-ion battery in UK cars; for other markets sources disagree. The 2.0 from late 2019 to 2023 has a NiMH battery. The second-generation C-HR from 2024 has lithium-ion batteries in both the 1.8 and the 2.0.
The one Toyota C-HR 1.8 NiMH hybrid battery pack with a fixed price on ReBattery is listed at £950 right now. The price depends on condition and measured health, and some sellers take offers instead. Fitting by an EV garage costs extra.
Check the model, the engine size and the year, then read the label on the battery for its chemistry, voltage and amp-hours. Send us a photo of the label and we will check.
