Reference
US records list the Model X as 60D, 75D, 90D, P90D, 100D and P100D, each named by the pack capacity Tesla sold. All use Panasonic 18650 cells, and the packs built up to 2020 are liquid cooled. From 2019 the US names changed to Long Range and Performance with no kWh figure, so check the label on the pack for later cars.

Questions
Still unsure which pack is right? A specialist can check fitment with you.
Talk to a specialistRead the badge. US records list the Model X as 60D, 75D, 90D, P90D, 100D and P100D, named by the kWh Tesla sold; from 2019 the names changed to Long Range and Performance with no figure. The VIN does not identify the pack: the seventh character only means electric and the eighth gives the motors. Check the label on the pack.
Not confirmed. Tesla built 2016-on Model S 60 and 60D cars with a 75 kWh pack limited in software, but we could not confirm the same for the Model X 60D from two sources. Check the label on the pack.
Not confirmed. Tesla has fitted larger packs to older cars of the same model, and a teardown found the 100 kWh pack needs firmware and configuration changes to fit. No two sources confirm that a Model S pack works in a Model X, or the reverse. Ask the seller which car the pack came from and check with a Tesla-qualified specialist.
The one Tesla Model X pack with a fixed price on ReBattery is listed at £7,150 right now. The price depends on condition and measured health, and some sellers take offers instead. Fitting by an EV garage costs extra.
