Questions
Still unsure whether a unit suits your site? A specialist can go through it with you.
Talk to a specialistThe one Tesla Megapack with a fixed price on ReBattery is listed at $280,000 right now. The price depends on age and condition, and some sellers take offers instead. Transport, installation and grid connection cost extra.

Tesla publishes no policy on it. Its public supply agreement template makes the balance-of-system warranty conditional on maintenance by Tesla or a Tesla-approved third party, and needs Tesla's written consent to transfer the agreement. Get Tesla's written position before you buy.
Usually, but plan the approvals before the haul. A container moves as dangerous goods and may be an abnormal load, so book a specialist heavy-haul carrier and crane contractor. Your grid connection, fire and planning approvals and the manufacturer's recommissioning usually decide when it can run.
You pay ReBattery before collection, and funds are held until you have collected and checked the unit. On bulk, broker and managed sales, ReBattery arranges collection with licensed dangerous-goods carriers.
