Buying a used BESS container

Not as far as the published documents show. Sungrow's brochure describes a 40 ft battery unit with LFP 280 Ah cells and does not name the cell maker. CATL's EnerC is CATL's own container. Ask the seller for the cell labels if the maker matters to you.
Sungrow's brochure lists the PCS and MV transformer as a separate 20 ft unit rated 3,450 kVA. Check whether the listing includes that unit.
Usually, but plan the approvals before the haul. A container moves as dangerous goods and may be an abnormal load, so book a specialist heavy-haul carrier and crane contractor. Your grid connection, fire and planning approvals and the manufacturer's recommissioning usually decide when it can run.
